Wait a minute, 2015? Yes that is still 5 years away. Thursday evening Coach Lane Kiffin received a verbal commitment from 13-year old wunderkind quarterback David Sills of Bear, Delaware. This is the kind of story that makes you scratch your head and wonder if it is possible. Well it looks like a verbal commitment is not a signed letter of intent. David Sills also has the right to change his mind at anytime. So there real question is should a College program be allowed to get a verbal commitment from a 13 year old?
