The Breakdown Breakfast show with Mark Moseley and Steve Lazare is live every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 10 am est. The shows stems from The Breakdown Show which was created by Steve Lazare on his network. After joining the Sport City Chefs the Breakdown Show was a main feature on Wednesday evenings. The show has since moved to the morning slot and has been extrememly successful. The show was created by a real fan for real fans to voice their opinions.
