Sport City Chef's flagship show, first aired on December 10th, 2011. Hosted by Ty Powell and Mike Harvey, this show serves as a pre-show for NFL Football action, NBA Sunday, etc. Also as a wrap up of the week's sports news and highlights, but also a prep for the week in sports ahead. Always serving dishes hot between breakfast and lunch, full bellies of sport knowledge to hold you down for the week.
